1. No Refund for Transactions Below ₹1,000

All payments and transactions with a value of less than ₹1,000 (Indian Rupees One Thousand) are strictly non-refundable.

Once a payment below ₹1,000 has been successfully processed, no cancellation, refund, or reversal request shall be entertained under any circumstances.

2. Refund Eligibility for Transactions of ₹1,000 and Above

For transactions of ₹1,000 or more, refund eligibility shall be subject to the refund policy, terms, and conditions of the respective product owner, service provider, training provider, or original company.

Since Earnify Empire primarily acts as an affiliate and promotional platform, the final decision regarding refund approval shall rest with the respective company or service provider.

Any refund request for eligible purchases must be submitted within 24 (Twenty-Four) hours from the date and time of payment.

Requests received after the expiry of the 24-hour period shall not be considered eligible for review or processing.

Where a refund is approved by the concerned company or service provider:

• The refund shall be processed in accordance with their applicable refund policy.
• Processing time may vary depending on the payment gateway, banking institution, and payment method used.
• Earnify Empire shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banks, or service providers.

Refunds shall not be provided in the following situations:

• Digital products already accessed, downloaded, or consumed.
• Affiliate commissions already credited or processed.

• Failure by the customer to utilize the purchased product or service.
